One home, two kinds of pets, and a store that plans for both.

Most homes don't have just a dog or just a cat. Still, stores are split up as if they did: one shelf here, one shelf there, and rarely anything that works for both.

We build our range the other way around. Feeders and bowls that suit a Labrador and a kitten, a grooming glove that picks up fur no matter who it came from, and toys for the pet that wolfs down dinner in thirty seconds, dog or cat.

You should be able to shop for the whole home in one place, not two.

We add one thing at a time and only sell it if it really makes everyday life easier. Better a few things that work for everyone at home than a shelf full of things that suit only half.
