Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order we ship within the United States. There's no minimum order and no item limit. You never pay for shipping at checkout.

Processing and delivery time

We place your order with our US warehouse the same day your payment is confirmed. Delivery then takes 8-10 days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we can't ship your order within that time, we'll email you with a new date and give you the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses or other countries yet.

Separate packages

If you order more than one product, your items may ship from the warehouse in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. You don't pay anything extra for this.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow the package all the way. Check your spam folder if the email doesn't show up.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows a problem, or your package hasn't arrived within the delivery time above, email us at kontaktnordicfall@gmail.com. We'll trace the shipment for you and send a replacement or refund your money if the package has been lost.

You don't have to contact the carrier yourself. Making sure your order arrives is our responsibility until you've received it.

Damaged or defective items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video showing the damaged product. We'll send a replacement or refund it, and you don't have to send the item back. Damage to the outer box alone, when the product itself works, isn't covered.

Returns

You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it. Start a return through our return form and we'll send you return instructions. You pay the return shipping. See our refund policy for the details.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, where it applies.
