Nordicfall.com ("we", "us") runs this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). Nordicfall.com is run by Nordicfall Hanning, a sole trader based in Sweden, and is powered by Shopify. This privacy policy describes how we collect, use and disclose your personal information when you visit, use or make a purchase through the Services, or otherwise communicate with us.

Personal information we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

Contact details, such as your name, shipping and billing address, phone number and email address.
Order and payment information, such as the items you buy, return or cancel, and payment confirmations. Card numbers are handled by our payment processors; we don't store them.

Directly from you, when you place an order, create an account or contact us.

From our service providers, such as Shopify and our payment processors.

How we use your personal information

To run the Services and fulfill your orders, including processing payments, shipping your order, sending tracking and order emails, and handling returns.
Marketing and advertising, such as sending marketing emails if you've signed up, and showing you ads on other sites and apps based on your activity in our store.
Security and fraud prevention, to protect you, us and the Services.
Customer service, to answer your questions and help with your orders.
Legal reasons, to comply with the law and enforce our terms.

Who we share it with

Shopify, which hosts our store and processes data on our behalf. Learn more in Shopify's consumer privacy policy.
Our fulfillment partner and carriers, who need your name and address to ship your order.
Payment processors, who process your payment.
Advertising partners: Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok. We use the Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API and the TikTok Pixel to measure and target our ads. These tools may share information about your device, IP address and activity in our store with Meta Platforms, Inc. and TikTok.
Authorities or others when required by law, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the Services work, to remember your cart and to measure and target advertising. You can manage non-essential cookies through the privacy settings on our site and in your browser.

Your privacy rights

In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of information listed under "Personal information we collect" for the purposes listed under "How we use your personal information". Our use of the Meta and TikTok pixels for targeted advertising may count as "sharing" under California law. You can opt out through the "Your privacy choices" link, and we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser. We don't sell personal information for money, and we don't knowingly sell or share personal information of anyone under 16.

Children

The Services are not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security and retention

No security measure is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information. We keep personal information as long as we need it to fulfill your orders, keep your account, meet legal and accounting requirements and resolve disputes.

International transfers

We are based in Sweden, and your information may be stored and processed outside the United States, including in the European Union.
