Everything you need to know before you order.

How does the food come out?

Through the hatch on the front. Open it and a portion of food drops into the bowl by gravity. Close it, and it stops. There's no timer, so you decide when your pet gets food. For set meals at set times, see the Smart Feeder.

Does it need batteries or power?

No. The Nordicfall Feeder is fully mechanical. There's nothing to charge, plug in or set up.

Is there an app to control it?

No. The Nordicfall Feeder doesn't use an app or wifi. It's a simple gravity feeder.

Can I use it for two pets?

It works best for one pet. For homes with several pets, we recommend one feeder per pet so each one has its own bowl.

How do I clean the container and bowl?

The bowl lifts out easily for hand washing. Wipe the container clean with a dry cloth, and never put the base in water.

Does the water side filter out hair?

Yes. The water container has a built-in filter that catches hair and debris, so the water stays clean longer.
