How does it work?

The fountain is USB powered. A quiet pump in the tank moves the water through the filter and up through the spout, so it keeps flowing down into the bowl. Your pet drinks straight from the stream or from the bowl.

How much water does it hold?

3 liters, about 100 oz. How long that lasts depends on how much your pet drinks, but you refill less often than with a regular water bowl.

How do I clean it?

The fountain comes apart: tank, bowl, spout, pump and filter. Wash the parts, put the filter back and reassemble it.

What is the filter made of?

The filter has three layers of activated carbon and foam that catch hair and dirt. You can buy replacement filters with the fountain or on their own under Model.

Do I need my own charger?

The fountain runs on USB (5 V) and works with a regular USB wall adapter or a power bank.
